It’s finally time to transfer all of your Home Video Tapes. Ok, let’s do this!

STEP ONE / Purchase Your Package:

First, figure out how many video tapes you would like to have transferred. Then, visit: Our Packages. Select and Purchase the package that exactly matches the number of tapes you will be sending. We offer transfer packages ranging from one to fifteen video tapes. We can also transfer DVD footage and Blu-Ray Disc footage to .MP4 Files on a USB thumb drive.

STEP TWO / Ship Your Tapes:

Place each tape into a Ziploc type bag and seal them tight. Next, place all of the bagged tapes into an appropriately sized shipping box. Then, fill any void space with bubble wrap or packing paper. Then, seal the box with strong shipping tape.

We recommend using: USPS Priority Mail, UPS or FedEx. These shippers will provide you with a Shipping Tracking Number. Please email us your Shipping Tracking Number as soon as you have it. This way, both you and our staff will know exactly when your package will arrive at our transfer facility.

Once we receive your tapes, we’ll get right to work on your transfer project. The average turn around time is 10 business days. This 10 day window begins when we receive your Video Tapes and ends the day we ship your Tapes and your USB Thumb Drive back to you.

STEP THREE / Get Your .MP4 Videos

Your USB Thumb Drive and your Video Tapes will be shipped back to you via USPS Priority Mail. This is your “Ship-Back-Package” and it will be sent with Signature Confirmation. This means that someone will have to sign for it, when it’s delivered to your address. We add this feature on as a safety precaution. This will prevent your package from being left outside and unattended.

ATTENTION - PLEASE READ:

• We only accept video tapes recorded in the North American NTSC video standard. Fortunately, there’s an easy way to figure out the video standard of your video tapes. If the camcorder or VCR that you used to make your recordings was purchased inside the United States, then you’re good to go. We can transfer your video tapes. However, If your footage was recorded on a camcorder or VCR purchased outside of the United States, there is a good chance that your footage was recorded in either the PAL or SECAM video standard. We do not accept PAL or SECAM recordings.

• If you send a video tape that contains copyrighted material (such as: TV shows, Movies or corporate presentations), those portions of your video tape will not be transferred.

• If you send a video tape that contains mold or mildew, it will not be transferred.

• If you send a video tape that has physically damage to the plastic shell, spools, gears, or tape ribbon, it will not be transferred.

• If you send a video tape that contains any questionable or inappropriate footage, it will not be transferred.
