After placing your order, find an appropriately sized shipping box and begin to pack your tapes. We suggest placing each tape into a Ziploc type bag, before placing it into the shipping box. This will protect your tapes during shipping. Also, make sure to fill any void space with bubble wrap or packing paper.
Next, it’s time to ship your package. We recommend: USPS Priority Mail, FedEx & UPS. These shipping options provide you with a shipping tracking number. Please email us the tracking number (of your package) as soon as you have it.

When your transfer project is complete:
You will receive your Ship-Back Package. Attention: Your Ship-Back Package requires a signature for delivery. It will contain all of your tapes along with your USB thumb drive. The thumb drive will contain all of your transferred footage in the form of .MP4 video files. There will be one .MP4 file for each tape sent.
